Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe that content was removed in error or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following:
Your physical or electronic signature (include your full legal name).
Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless legal action is filed within 10–14 business days, the removed content may be restored, subject to our discretion.
